Who ordered the Pizza Hooded Blanket with extra cheese? You did! Another fun hooded blanket pattern is here, and in true Crafty Kitty Crochet fashion, it involves food!

(Don’t forget to pin it for later!)

You may remember other pizza patterns of mine such as the Pizza Slouchy Hat and the Everything Pizza Toppings that you can add to that hat. It should come as no surprise that pizza is my favorite food, and I never get tired of incorporating it into my crochet patterns!

I’ve also been having lots of fun with making hooded blankets lately. I’m really happy with the fun, unique look and cozy chunky texture of my Shark Hooded Blanket and Frog Hooded Blanket!

I used one of my favorite chunky yarns for this pattern, Bernat Blanket. It even has blanket in the name, so how can you go wrong when it comes to making a chunky blanket out of it?! It has such a soft, pillow-y texture that makes for a delightful blanket. Plus, the colors I found were perfect pizza colors! Find School Bus Yellow on Amazon HERE, Race Car Red on Amazon HERE, and Sand on Amazon HERE!

Another great thing about this hooded blanket is that it’s one size fits most. You can always adjust the size to be larger/smaller by adding/reducing the amount of stitches called for in the Hood and Blanket portions of the pattern, but since this is more of a blanket than an article of clothing, the sizing is pretty comfortable for varying sizes so you don’t have to get too specific about sizing!

This Pizza Blanket is the perfect gift for the pizza lover in your life! What a fluffy, cheesy surprise it would be as a holiday gift this season! It’s something cute and quirky you can say you DIY’ed!

Ready to bake up some delicious fun with this pattern? Then let’s go!
