Make Halloween even sweeter this year with this adorable little bow! Use it as a cute hair accessory for everyday use during Spooky Season, or incorporate it into your costume for a unique and fun look! This pattern is beginner friendly and uses very little yarn, making it a fun, fast and easy stashbuster! The bow is worked up using a small and simple single crochet panel, then attached to a metal barrette / clip – so you can make a whole bunch of these bows as accessories, gifts, favors, or even scavenger hunt prizes! It’s perfect for both adults and kids alike to wear during the Halloween season.

Candy Corn Bow

You may have noticed if you’ve been reading my blog for a while, but I am obsessed with Halloween! This year alone, I’ve released a whole bunch of fun and cute pumpkin and candy corn related patterns, like my Pumpkin Messy Bun Hat, Pumpkin Spice Latte Amigurumi, and Candy Corn Witch Hat for Kids & Toddlers. I love making costume accessories, and also wanted to make a Halloween accessory that could be worn daily throughout the fall! That’s when I came up with the design for this sweet and simple candy corn bow. The pattern is so easy and works up so fast, making it the perfect project for beginners and seasoned crocheters alike!

These bows are perfect for sewing onto a barrette! For my bows, I used “Bowtique” 3 inch craft barrettes from Michaels. But I’ve found some on Amazon that are very similar! They’d be perfect for making lots of your own bows, as they come in a 10-pack!
