Sunflower Granny Square Coasters

You may have already seen my other sunflower designs, such as my Sunflower Granny Square Afghan, Sunflower Placemats, and even my Sunflower Slouchy Hat! Sunflowers are such a bright and beautiful flower to use to decorate your home or wardrobe. That’s why I designed this small sunflower granny square for my Farm Fresh Fall Blanket a few years ago. Since then, I’ve used this same square in a few designs – and now I’m here to show yet another way these fun, fast and easy squares can be used: fun coasters to use at home or gift for any occasion!

My favorite yarns to use for sunflowers are Red Heart Super Saver in Gold and Coffee. They just work up beautifully and the colors pop so well! Find some of these yarns on Amazon:
